1. What we provide
Spend Dat Capital Club ("the Club," "we," "us") provides a paid membership community delivering educational options trading content: alerts (trade ideas), market watchlists, entry and exit updates, target and stop/invalidation notes, risk-management notes, recaps, and a members-only discussion group.
2. Educational content only — not financial advice
All content is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we publish — in any channel, group, bot message, email, or page — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a personal recommendation. We do not know your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance, and nothing we post is tailored to you. We are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial planners.
3. Options risk disclosure
Options trading is speculative and involves substantial risk. Options can expire worthless. You can lose 100% of the money spent on any options position, and certain strategies carry losses beyond the initial investment. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose. Past performance — including any results referenced by the Club or its members — does not guarantee future results.
4. Your responsibility
You alone are responsible for your trading decisions, position sizing, risk management, order execution, and outcomes. Alerts are ideas we are watching, not instructions. You should never enter a trade solely because it was posted in the Club. Consider consulting a licensed financial advisor before trading.
5. Membership & billing
Membership costs $50 USD per month, billed as a recurring subscription through Stripe. Payment is required before access is granted. Access is delivered automatically after successful payment via Telegram invitation.
6. Cancellation policy
You may cancel anytime through your subscription management link. Cancellation stops future billing; your access remains active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then is removed automatically.
7. Refund policy
Because membership grants immediate access to digital content, all sales are final and no refunds are issued after access is granted. If you believe you were billed in error, contact Spenddatcapital@gmail.com.
8. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend or remove access until payment is completed.
9. Community rules
Members must not: share, screenshot, resell, or redistribute Club content; harass other members; spam or advertise; impersonate admins; or present Club content to others as financial advice. Violations may result in removal without refund.
10. Intellectual property
All Club content is our property. Membership grants a personal, non-transferable license to view content. Redistribution is prohibited.
11. No guarantees; limitation of liability
We make no guarantee of profit, performance, accuracy, or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spend Dat Capital Club, its owners, admins, and affiliates are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Club or reliance on its content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to cancel your membership.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Club and its admins from any claims arising out of your trading activity or your breach of these terms.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; continued membership after changes constitutes acceptance.
